• Account: name, email, and your Google photo if you sign in with Google. • The country and language you choose. • Delivery: phone, address, city, region or state, postal code. • Your vehicles: brand, model, voltage, controller chipset and version. • Orders, unlocked digital purchases and repair requests. • If you register a partner workshop: its business details, plus your name and its registration number for verification. We never collect card details and never store your location: it is used on your phone only to sort workshops by distance. Error codes you look up are not saved.
To process and deliver orders, confirm payments and unlock downloads, organise repairs, check that parts and firmware fit your vehicle, show partner workshops and answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• The carrier you choose: name, phone and address only. • The card payment provider once enabled (CMI). • Google Firebase, which hosts the app on servers in the EU. • Partner workshops: a workshop's business details are public once we approve it; its verification data is seen by our admins only. Your data may move between Morocco and the EU for these purposes only.
Account, vehicle and workshop data are kept until you delete them. Orders, invoices and repairs are kept as long as accounting and commercial law requires.
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 you may access, correct and object to the processing of your data, and complain to the CNDP. If you live in the European Union you also have your GDPR rights, including erasure, portability and complaining to your country's authority. You can edit your data and delete your account from "My account"; for anything else email taazormarket@gmail.com.
The app is meant for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, ask a parent to create the account and make purchases.
Traffic is encrypted, server-side rules restrict your data to you and the store admins, and firmware files can only be downloaded by their buyers.
We may update this policy and will tell you in the app about any significant change.
