These terms cover buying physical products and firmware from ElectroRide. A repair at a partner workshop is an agreement between you and that workshop (see "Partner workshops").
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams and include Moroccan taxes. Shipping to your country is shown before you confirm. Outside Morocco, any customs duties, import taxes and bank fees are paid by the buyer.
An order is binding once confirmed. We may call you to confirm it, and may cancel it if we cannot reach you or the item is out of stock; you will be told and refunded.
• Physical products: cash on delivery where offered, or prepayment. • Firmware: prepaid by bank transfer, at an agency or in cash at the shop, or by card once enabled. The order stays "awaiting payment" until we receive it.
We only ship to the countries offered in the app, with the carrier you choose; delivery times are estimates. Check the parcel on receipt and report visible damage to the courier before signing.
Downloads open in "My orders" once the payment is confirmed. The app checks each file after download; if it reports a corrupted file, do not use it and download again or contact us.
In Morocco: under Law 31-08 you have 7 days from delivery to return an unused physical product in its original packaging without giving a reason; return costs are yours and we refund within 15 days of receiving it. Outside Morocco: any longer period required by your country's law applies, including 14 days for consumers in the European Union. Firmware: supplied at your express request after payment; the right of withdrawal ends once the download starts.
Legal warranty against hidden defects and each manufacturer's warranty apply. Neither covers misuse, incorrect installation or firmware modification.
Changing firmware or raising the speed limit may void the manufacturer's warranty, break traffic rules in your country and increase the risk of accidents and wear. By buying these products you alone are responsible for installing and using them lawfully. Check compatibility; parts marked "professional installation" must be fitted by a qualified technician.
Error-code meanings are a guide, may differ between models and do not replace a technical inspection. Always follow the safety advice and do not ride when the app advises against it.
We list independent workshops after checking them, but are not a party to your agreement with them: prices, timing, workmanship and its warranty are the workshop's responsibility. Report any workshop that breaks our terms; we may suspend it.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or these terms, nor for partner workshops' services.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. We first seek an amicable solution (taazormarket@gmail.com); failing that, the competent courts have jurisdiction.
